立山小種新登場 Lapsang Souchong Now Available
說到知名的紅茶，你是不是立即想到錫蘭、阿薩姆和大吉嶺？其實出產自中國福建武夷山的立山小種亦赫赫有名，它被視為中國產紅茶的鼻祖。
我們的立山小種正是來自福建武夷山桐木關，即是這種古老紅茶的發源地，立山小種又名為正山小種 ，只有種植在武夷山桐木關的才可稱為「正山」，否則其它地區種植的均稱為外山小種，據考究說立山小種早在明崇禎十三年(1640年)前出現，是世界上最早出現的紅茶。
這種茶經松木燻製數小時而成，成品茶外形緊結勻緊，色澤烏潤，帶著強烈的松煙香，雖然經時間燻製，但優質的立山小種不會有苦澀味道或粗糙質感。
銅金色的茶湯帶著複雜的燻木味道，滋味醇厚，適合喜歡濃厚茶香的人享用。

Our Lapsang Souchong comes from that tea styles place of origin, Tongmu village in the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian province, China.
Lapsang Souchong is a black tea. Traditionally this style of tea is smoked for many hours over pine wood fires in order to impart the tea with a distinctive smoky flavour. Although known as a robust tea, a good quality Lapsang Souchong shouldn’t have harsh astringency or a rough taste.
Golden-coppery in the cup with a complex palate of burnt wood flavours, this tea is a favourite for people who love a strong, tarry tea.
