Coffee

  1. How long can I keep the coffee?

    To have most of the flavors, coffee are best use within 2 weeks from roast day. But it’s okay to have your coffee within 4-5 weeks.

  2. How to keep the coffee in good condition?

    Avoiding hot environments, direct sunlight, high humidity. Best to keep in air tight container with one-way valve. Do not store in refrigerator.

Tea

  1. How long can I keep the tea?

    We recommend to finish our tea within 9 months up to 1 year, except Pu-erh.

  2. How to keep the tea in good condition?

    Avoiding hot environments, direct sunlight, high humidity.

    And remember tea leaves are sensitive to humidity and attracted to smell. So avoid touching the tea leaves with hands and store next to strong smelling items, such as coffee, perfume.

Shopping

  1. What if I want to cancel my order?

    If your order has not been shipped yet, please feel free to send us an email with your name and order number. We will do the work for you.

  2. What if I want to refund?

    Please refer to Return & Refund Policy to check if you are eligible to return. And please also note that maximum 15% restocking fee may accessed.

  3. What if I can't receive my order?

    Please send us an email with your order number or just call us directly. We will try our very best to see what’s the problems and fix the problems.

Shipping

  1. When will you ship out the product?

    ** The next roasting & delivery date will be 11th February 2016 due to the Chinese New Year Holiday

    We roast and ship on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All orders placed before the cutoff time (9 a.m. on roasting day (Mon, Wed, Fri)) will be packed and shipped on the same day.

    All orders placed after the cutoff time (9 a.m. on roasting day) or on non-shipping day will shift to the closest roasting day automatically.

    * Occasionally issues such as bad weather, production delays or quality control issues may arise. Please allow us to take up an extra business day to fill your order should one of these rare events occur.

  2. How will the product be delivered?

  4. Where do you ship?

    At the moment, we are shipping within Hong Kong ,Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan region. Please stay tuned with our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to get our latest status.

  5. Do the taxes charge for international order?

    For items that are purchased by international customers, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. These charges would be charged, depending on countries’ policy.
