Sparkling Osmanthus Oolong
Let’s try something new for 2016. A tea that looks as shiny as any kind of sparkling wine and tastes as elegant as champagne.
What you need:
- Soda Siphon - 1L size
- Soda Charger (CO2 Charger) - 2 chargers
- Tea - 500 ml
(We recommend Osmanthus Oolong or Pearl Jasmine for the taste and champagne like color. You can always try with any tea you like.)
- Brew and chill the tea
- Put the tea in the whipping syphon, charge the first CO2 charger to flush out the air inside the syphon
- Charge the second CO2 charger, shake it for about 10 times
- Hold the syphon upright and release the gas, then Unscrew the cap
- Serve immediately.
In case you don’t have a Soda Siphon, here is a simpler and easier way to enjoy:
- 2 parts of tea
- 1 part of soda water
Simply mix the chilled tea and soda water
(If you have a Soda Siphon, make sure you try both recipe. You will be amazed how different they are. ;] )
材料:
- 梳打槍 - 1公斤容量裝
- 梳打氣囊 (二氧化炭氣囊)- 兩個
- 茶 - 500毫升
(桂花烏龍或苿莉小龍珠的味道、香氣及顏色都比較合適。當然,你亦可以嘗試不同茶類。)
- 先將茶沖泡並冷卻
- 倒入梳打槍中, 打入第一枝CO2 氣囊, 將瓶中的空氣清走
- 再打入第二枝氣囊
- 把梳打槍的槍咀向上, 將氣體放出, 並打開上蓋
- 將汽泡茶慢慢倒入杯中
沒有梳打槍的話, 這還有一個簡單方便的方法:
- 2份 茶
- 1份 梳打水
