El Salvador Finca San Cayetano Honey
El Salvador, neighboring Honduras and Guatemala, began its coffee industry in the nineteenth century and is a country with a long history of coffee cultivation. El Salvador's terrain features many volcanoes and possesses volcanic soil, which is well-drained and rich in minerals.
These characteristics allow El Salvador to grow flavorful and sweet coffee. This batch of coffee beans is processed using the honey method, which enhances its sweet yet non-cloying flavor.
To bring out the aforementioned flavors, Blooms Roastery has adjusted its roasting process, attempting to roast at a lower temperature for a longer duration to achieve a sweet taste.
