Something about drip bag

I found the opening on some drip bags in the gift box were too low. It is difficult to pour the water and hold on the cup. But some are normal in the same gift box.
I took the picture and please tell me how to share with you.

今次收到的 Sweet Cocoa, 品質很差， 一打開包裝， 沒有了以往的芳香撲鼻，而且咖啡豆表面很油，好像是擺放了很久！ 很失望！ 這包就放在一邊算了，都不會再訂了！
