Sencha

Our Sencha is a Shincha, which literally means "new tea" or something like "the first-picked tea" and is characterized by its fresh aroma and sweetness. It was harvested in early spring and is considered to be the top quality. Grown in the North-East of Victoria by a few farming families, this Sencha is guaranteed free from pesticides.
