Another great Ethiopia coffee that has the amazing aroma and unique fruity, the candy like sweet and the unique aroma given by the natural process, has became one of favorite pour over coffee.
Guji is one of the raising star in Ethiopia for coffee production, the great quality and its uniqueness separate Guji from the Sidamo category. There are few different growing regions in Guji, for exmaple, Shakkiso, Uraga, Bule Hora, Hambela, they present a huge diversity of flavour profiles.
The Sakicha is located at the Northern part of the town of Bule Hora, which is a relatively new growing region in Guji, for around just 20 years.
To make cold brew with Guji Sakicha in the first time, i think this is an amazing experience. i make it with 1000ml filter water and 55g medium coarse blended coffee. i can taste a smooth and pure texture in the first day. And i got a lemon zests texture in the second day. Do u have any recommendation for making cold brew with the Ethiopia Guji Sakicha? thanks a lot
