This Colombia microlot coffee, was produced and processed by a smallholder Carlos Alberto Ulchur, produced at 1,900 metres above sea level, this very special lot was an exceptional quality coffee selected out from the rest of the producers, a juicy and really nice acidity and clean in the cup, this coffee is a great example of what this remote and often overlooked region of Colombia has to offer.
